The small group of members in this Section are devoted to the identification, distribution and biology of members of what is the largest assemblage of species in the Animal Kingdom – the Insects.  The ENTOMOLOGY SECTION does most of its work out in the field finding and studying them, and occasionally other similar creatures.  Members meet regularly to discuss observations and work on the collection.  All are welcome to attend, the only qualification being an interest in insects and a willingness to help us add to our knowledge of Jersey’s entomology.

Meetings are held at No. 7 Pier Road at 7.30pm on alternate Tuesday evenings.  Please check dates with the Office.
